Enjoy the open-air cruising around Los Angeles in CODE BLUE, a 2020 Polaris Slingshot SL with automatic transmission, Bluetooth, FM/AM radio, rear-view camera, and a unique sunroof for sun protection.

This three-wheeled, street-legal auto cycle turns heads and attracts attention wherever you go. Sorry kids, we only rent to adults 21 years of age or older. Your driver's license will be verified.

It is very fun to drive with all features you will need to be comfortable. CODE BLUE is in excellent condition so treat him as if he were yours.

If you don't, you will be charged accordingly.

***PLEASE READ BELOW PRIOR TO RENTAL***

  • You must return the Slingshot within the timeframe agreed or it will be disabled. You will be charged $0.86 per mile if we have to pick it up. You can call to extend your time.
  • YOU MUST ONLY USE PREMIUM GAS (91). The Slingshot will stall and the check engine light will come on if any other type of gas is used. If we have to pick up the Slingshot and flush the gas tank, you will be charged the full deposit of $500.
  • If smoking is detected there will be a $100 charge.
  • No burnouts or track use. The tire tread will be measured. If tires show excessive wear or chunks missing, you will be charged the cost to repair the tires.

Why do you want to rent the Slingshot? *

You are required by California law to wear a helmet at all times while operating the vehicle.

If you happen to get into an accident, contact us immediately at (562) 380-0868.

You are responsible for all charges related to damages and tolls. We inspect our vehicle before and after your rental. Any signs of misuse, abuse or physical damage that was not there before you took the vehicle is deducted from your deposit of $500. By signing below, you agree to pay for any additional charges incurred during your rental period. You agree not to allow anyone other than yourself or other authorized renters under your rental agreement to operate the vehicle. You agree not to perform stunts of any kind on your rental including but not limited to, drifting or burnouts. You are only allowed 200 miles per day; any additional mileage will be charged at $3.95 per mile. If the vehicle is not returned at the agreed-upon time, the vehicle will be disabled, and you will be charged $0.86 per mile to pick up the vehicle.

During your inspection, we will show you the tire pressures and gas levels. Your rental will be provided with a full tank of PREMIUM gas (91). If you did not purchase prepaid fuel, replenish gas with PREMIUM gas 91 only. We require proof of receipt. If your rental is returned with less fuel, $50 will be deducted from your deposit. Please report mechanical problems to us immediately. You will be responsible for unreported mechanical damage.

This is a contractual agreement to rent the Slingshot. We may repossess the slingshot at your expense without notice if the vehicle is abandoned or used in violation of the law or this agreement. You agree to indemnify us, defend us, and hold us harmless from all claims, liability, cost and attorney fees we incur resulting from or arising out of this rental and your use of the vehicle.

A security damage deposit HOLD of $500 is automatically added to the purchase. This security deposit hold will be released within 24 hours after the vehicle is returned, so long as there are no damages assessed. If there is damage to the rental, you are responsible for the amount of damage up to the insurance deductible. In the event of a damage claim, you are free to utilize your own insurance to offset these costs - this would be negotiated between insurance companies. Proof of personal liability insurance is required.

All bookings are final. A 25% discount is offered on your next purchase if a cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance. The discount is valid for one year from the date of purchase. No exceptions.

Vehicle Pickup

  1. When you arrive, carefully remove the cover from the Slingshot. Place the cover behind the driver's side compartment behind the seat.
  2. Take a picture of your driver's license next to the license plate and send it to us so that we can verify your arrival.
  3. Take clear pre-trip photos and upload them to the Dropbox link in your email.
  4. Place your foot on the brakes until the Warning on the screen is done.
  5. The screen will request the four-digit code. We will provide the code once your picture of the driver's license is verified.
  6. Once the code is entered, the PUSH START BUTTON will turn green.
  7. Place your foot on the brake and push the start button to activate the vehicle.
  8. And your good to go.

Vehicle Dropoff

  1. If you did not purchase prepaid fuel, replenish gas with PREMIUM (91) ONLY. We require proof of receipt.
  2. Drop off the car or meet us at the agreed-upon location. Let us know you when have arrived.
  3. Take clear post-trip photos and upload to the Dropbox link in your email.
  4. Place helmets behind the seat compartments.
  5. Place the cover over the car with the Cover Max logo facing the front.
  6. Let us know when you are done and we will activate the alarm.
